TuppEat
TuppEat connects supermarkets with customers by showing available ready-made meals, helping reduce food waste and making it easy to find nearby locations offering the service. Users get discounts for bringing their own glass containers, promoting sustainability by cutting down on plastic use and CO₂ emissions from logistics while saving time on cooking.

Research
In the initial stages, we explored various angles of the challenge, which was originally too broad and centered around climate change in general.
Iterations
Through multiple iterations, we refined our focus to specifically address food waste. To gain a deeper understanding, we conducted both primary and secondary user research, gathering valuable insights to guide our next steps.

Prototype
Once we had a clear understanding of how the service would function, we developed a prototype using Figma. This allowed us to visualize the user experience and effectively communicate the product’s core features and value proposition.
Value proposition
In addition to visualizing the user experience, the prototype also served as a powerful tool to demonstrate the service’s value proposition. It enabled us to clearly communicate how the solution addresses user needs, highlights key features.

Deliverables
To enhance the value of our service and create a more engaging user experience, we developed a set of physical deliverables that complement the digital solution. These include a smart freshness sticker that changes color based on the condition of the food, helping users easily identify spoilage and reduce waste.
Adding more value
We also designed an eco-friendly loyalty card embedded with seeds, encouraging users to plant it after use, promoting sustainability and raising environmental awareness in a tangible, memorable way.
